Church planting requires a lot of work and effort to make an impact in communities. In an attempt to help further the work that I believe God called me to to do it has become evident that all the necessary components aren't in place to successfully build a vibrant community of faith. There are several reasons that have contributed to this, primarily a lack of volunteers, and lack of monetary support.

Thus, ImageChurch.tv will not be launching. I know this may come as a surprise, but it's necessary. Some would argue that you don't need to have everything in place to get started with ministry. While this may be true for some, I firmly believe that everything we do must be done in excellence. Without specific essential components it's not possible.

Melisia and I greatly appreciate your prayers and words of comfort. So what's next? We are prayerfully weighing our options and seeking advice from trusted mentors concerning future steps. Whatever it is, we're confident it will be for God's glory and the benefit of our community.

Prayer For Employment

 Father, in Jesus' name, we believe and confess Your Word over ____________________ today knowing that You watch over You Word to perform it. Your Word prospers___________ ___ whereto it is sent! Father, You are his/her source of every consolation, comfort, and encouragement. ________________ is courageous and grows in strength.

His/her desire is to owe no man anything but to love him. Therefore, _________________ is strong and lets no his/her hads be weak or slack, for his/her wages are not counted as a favor ora gift, but a somehting owed to hi. _______________________ makes it his/her ambition and definitely endeavors to live quietly and peacefully, minds his/her own affairs, and works with his/her hands.

He/she is correct and honorable and commands the respect of the outside world, being self-supporting, dependent on noboddy and having need of nothing, for You, Father, supply to the full his/her every need. He/she works in quietness, earns his/her own food and other necessities. He/she is not weary of doing right and continues in welldoing without weakening. _____________ learns to apply himself/herself to good deeds - to honest labor and honorable employment- so that he/she is able to meet necessary demands whenever the occasion may require.

Father, You know the record of his/her works and what he/she is doing. You have set before _________________ a door wide open, which no one is able to shut.

 ______________________ does not fear and is not dismayed, for You, Father, strengthen him/her. You, Father, help ______________________ in Jesus' name, for in Jesus _________________ has perfect peace and confidence and is of good cheer, for Jesus overcame the world and deprived it of its power to harm ______________________. He/she does not fret or have anxiety about anything, for your peace, Father, mounts guard overhis/her heart and mind. _________________ knows the secret of facing every situation, for he/she is self-sufficient in Christ's sufficiency. _______________ guards his/her mouth and his/her tongue keeping himself/herself from trouble.

 ________________ prizes Your wisdom, Father, and acknowledges You. You direct, make straight and plain his/her path, and You promote him/her. Therefore, Father, ________________ increases Your wisdom (in broad and full understanding), and in stature and years, and in favor with You, Father, and with man!

Prayer For Government

 This is an excerpt from the book: Prayers That Avail Much, Word Ministries, Inc.

Father, In Jesus's name, we give thanks for the United States and its government. We hold up the word in prayer before You the men and women who are in positions of authority. We pray and intercede for the president, the representatives, the senators, the judges of our land, the policmen, as well as the governors and mayors, and for all those who are in authority over us in any way. We pray that the Spirit of the Lord rests upon them. We believe that skillful and godly wisdom has entered into the heart of our president and knowledge is pleasant to him. Discretion watches over him; understanding keeps him and delivers him form the way of evil and from evil men.

Father, we ask that You compass the president about with men and women who make their hearts and ears attentive to godly counsel and do that which is right in Your sight. shall We believe You cause them to be men and women of integrity who are obedient concerning us that we may lead a quiet and peacable life in all godliness and honesty. We pray that the upright shall dwell in our government... Your Word declares that blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord (Ps. 33:12)

We receive Your blessing. Father, You are our refuge and stonghold in times of trouble. So we declare with our mouths That your people dwell safely in this land, and we prosper abundantly. We are more than conquerors through Christ Jesus! It is written in Your Word that the heart of the king is in the hand of the Lord, and you turn it whichever way you desire. We believe the heart of our leader is in Your hand and that his decisions are divinely directed of the Lord.

We give thanks for this land and the leaders You have given to us, in Jesus' name. Amen

Prayer For Prosperity

The following prayer is an excerpt taken from the book Prayer Is A Must: A Spirtual Handbook to Prevail in Prayer. Written by Jonathon L. McKnight. 2008

Dear Heavenly Father, I humbly and boldly come to your throne of grace and into your divine presence; thanking You for the precious gift of your son, Jesus Christ, and for this special privilege and opportunity of prayer and worship. You alone are God. I reverence and bless Your holy and majestic Name, for You, God, are truly great and worthy to be praised. I am asking, with a sincere heart, that You would bless my life with prosperity. I pray, confess and believe that propserity will follow and rest upon and within my life; as well as around every place that I enter, encounter, reside, visit, approach and depart from in the present and in the future. In the name of Jesus I bind the evil spirit of financial disaster, lack, poverty, decrease, robbery, theft, embezzlement, negligence, procrastination, financial deceit, depreciation, every devourer, and all demonic powers of economic destruction: the palmerworm, cankerworm, caterpillar, and the locust, in agreement with Matthew 18:18, Malachi 3:11 and Isaiah 55:11.

I loose in the Name of Jesus, according to Joel 2:25-26 and Deuteronomy 28:8, favor supernatural increase, wealth, insight, wisdom, faith, stewardship, land, property, plenty, business, spiritual and economic empowerment, postive energy, health, and God-given great success. Heavenly Father, I commit my heart and service to Your kingdom in proper giving, constant humility, and gratefulness as You increase my life. I fully understand that my increase comes from You, according to Isaiah 48:17b.

I decree and declare, according to Your Word in Job 36:11, that I will live my life in God-filled pleasures and prosperity. I will never be broke, or experience lack, another day in my life, because the windows of Heaven are open for me. Heavenly Father, I declare prosperity and increase in every place my feet trod, and I thank you for the prosperity you have given me internally, and also to my family, my neighborhood, my workplace, and my place of worship. Heavenly Father, according to Mark 11:22-24, I decree and receive prosperity, creativity and innovativeness, prosperity for my family and prosperity in every area of my life. I ask in faith and believe this prayer in the Name of your precious son, Jesus Christ. Amen.

We're constantly thinking of ways to have an ongoing conversation about our journey of faith....my oh my- what a journey! Fortunately, we have the Holy Spirit to guide us. Additionally, there are stories all around the world being told about the journey. It's our desire to always maintain the pulse of what God is doing to impact a generation whose sole desire is to REFLECT HIM. Below is a list of stories we dug up and placed them on Digg :) Hopefully, you will be able to see the correlation of the stories and where our initial efforts are concerned- building community online. Prayer For Marriages

 Father, thank you for the opportunity to come before your throne on behalf of marriages. I ask that you bless every marriage abundantly. May marriages throughout the world grow into the image of what you envisioned marriage to be. I come against any and every attack on marriages. I bind infidelity, lack of commitment, hatred, jealousy, debt, bitterness, sickness, and broken focus. I loose love, honesty, trust, focus, laughter, joy, and commitment. I ask that you revive and restore marriages that are on the brink of separation and/or divorce. Father, strenghten even the more, those that are in the path of abundance in their marriage. It's my prayer that marriages will honor the covenant of holy matrimony. Every man and woman, that has made vows to their spouse that for the length of life they will have prosperity in every aspect of their marriage. Whatever they may face let them know that your Word declares according to Isaiah 54:17, "no weapon formed against them shall prosper." And according 2 Corinthians 2:14 'your word declares that we always triumph." For every decision that needs to be made concerning housing, finances, children, and careers-grant them the answer and abundand peace according to your will. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.
